I find it hard to believe, but my tradition of starting a painting in one year, and finishing it in the next year, is now 5 years old. It seems like only yesterday that I started painting, but it will be 6 years in April.
The tradition also involves creating one final piece for the year just ending. As 2013 drew to a close, I created this piece, which I call "Warmth".
The piece that I started in 2013 and finished in 2014 is called "Restraint". It is a bit more "lyrical" and "flowing" than most of my work, however I feel that it still comes across as one of my works.
